More about me!

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, ADHD, or ongoing stress, you don’t have to face it alone. I strive to truly understand each client’s unique story including the cultural influences, family dynamics, and socioeconomic experiences that shape who you are.

My approach is integrative and personalized. I blend evidence-based practices with psychodynamic insight and cultural humility, always tailoring our work to your specific needs. Together, we’ll create a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan that honors your background, addresses your concerns, and supports meaningful, lasting growth. Therapy with me is collaborative, we move at your pace, with curiosity and compassion guiding the process.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Child and Adolescent Track) from Northwestern University and my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fordham University. My clinical experience includes work in neuropsychology at Northwestern Medicine, therapeutic day schools, and inpatient psychiatric settings, where I’ve supported children, adolescents, and adults across a range of needs and life stages.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable. It’s also a brave and powerful act of self-care. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to offer a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Your experiences matter, and you deserve care that reflects that.
